First session of the eu.bac "Energy Efficiency Dialogues"

On January the 9th of 2013, eu.bac kicked-off its "Energy Efficiency Dialogues" with a first breakfast debate at the European Parliament. It was hosted by MEP Bendt Bendtsen (EPP, DK), and focussed at the implementation of the Energy Efficiency Directive and its consequences for Energy Services Companies (ESCOs) and Energy Performance Contracting (EPC).

MEP Bendt Bendtsen opened the session and was followed by contributions from Stéphane le Gentil (eu.ESCO), Paul Hodson (DG Energy), Brook Riley (Friends of the Earth Europe), Isabelle Buscke (VZBV) and Oliver Rapf (BPIE). It was then followed by a lively debate among the participants.
