Karl-Michael Fuhr folgt Bernhard Reutersberg nach Klaus Dieter Maubach neu im Vorstand der E.ON Energie.

Am vergangenen Donnerstag hat der Aufsichtsrat der E.ON Energie AG über personelle Veränderungen an der Spitze des Unternehmens entschieden.

Karl-Michael Fuhr, 48, derzeit Vorsitzender der Geschäftsführung der E.ON Sales & Trading GmbH, wird zum 1. Oktober als Vorstand der E.ON Energie bestellt und dort das Vertriebsressort verantworten. Fuhr folgt Dr. Bernhard Reutersberg, 52, der zum selben Termin als Vertriebsvorstand zur E.ON Ruhrgas AG wechselt.

Weiter wird Dr. Klaus Dieter Maubach, 44, derzeit Vorstandsvorsitzender des Regionalversorgungsunternehmens E.ON Avacon AG zum 1. August als Vorstand
