Bundestag beschließt neue Umlage für Anschlüsse von Windparks / Zusatzkosten sind in der Energiedienst-Preisgarantie enthalten

Gestern (29.11.2012) beschloss der Bundestag eine Änderung des Energiewirtschaftsgesetztes: Künftig sollen Verbraucher 0,25 Cent pro Kilowattstunde bezahlen, um den Anschluss von Windparks auf hoher See an das Netz mit zu finanzieren.

Auf die Verbraucher kommen weitere Stromkosten zu. So hat der Bundestag für die Einrichtung einer "Winterreserve" bei Kraftwerken gestimmt sowie den Weiterbetrieb von unrentablen Gas- oder Kohlekraftwerken, um Blackouts zu vermeiden. Außerdem sollen energieintensive Unternehmen Prämien erhalten, wenn sie bei Engpässen kurzfristig innerhalb von 15 Minuten auf eine bestimmte Strommenge verzichten. Diese Zusatzkosten sollen auf die Verbraucher umgelegt werden.
