Endrich präsentiert auf der Sensor+Test neue kompakte Thermistoren mit extrem hoher Genauigkeit

Erstmals präsentiert sich die Endrich Bauelemente Vertriebs GmbH GmbH in diesem Jahr auf der Fachmesse Sensor+Test. Am Stand 140 in Halle 5 werden dort u.a. die neuen FT- & Fµ-Thermistoren aus der Produktion der Semitec Corporation vorgestellt. Für die FT-Serie wird ein komplett anderer Herstellungsprozess (Physical Vapor Deposition) benutzt als für herkömmliche Thermistoren, die auf klassischer Keramik-Technik basieren. Das Ergebnis sind Microchip-NTCs mit Abmessungen von nur 1,0 x 0,5 x 0,15 mm im Fall der FT-Thermistoren. Neben der extrem hohen Genauigkeit (zwischen 0 und 70 °C beträgt die Toleranz nur 0,2 °C) überzeugen die Bauelemente auch mit einem Temperaturbereich, der
