Definitiver Halbjahresabschluss 2013 der EMS-Gruppe

Die EMS-Gruppe hat am 12. Juli 2013 den provisorischen Halbjahresabschluss 2013 publiziert. Nun liegt der definitive konsolidierte Halbjahresabschluss vor, welcher auf den Einzelabschlüssen der Tochtergesellschaften per 30. Juni 2013 basiert. Der definitive Halbjahresabschluss weist keine wesentlichen Abweichungen zum provisorischen Abschluss auf.

Der konsolidierte Nettoumsatz erhöhte sich um 5.5% auf CHF 954 Mio. (904). In lokalen Währungen erhöhte er sich um 5.7%, bei gleichem Konsolidierungskreis um 2.9%.

Das Betriebsergebnis (EBIT) erhöhte sich um 9.1% auf CHF 183 Mio. (168).

Das Finanzergebnis betrug CHF 12 Mio. (1).
