Am 12. September 2012 ging um 0:25 Uhr in der Netzleitstelle des E-Werks Mittelbaden die Meldung ein, dass die Stromversorgung in Ortsteilen von Kehl, in Kittersburg und Hohnhurst, unterbrochen wurde. Die Monteure des E-Werks Mittelbaden begannen umgehend mit der Fehlersuche. Das Ergebnis war ein defektes Kabel und eine beschädigte Schaltanlage in einer Trafostation in Kittersburg. Nach einer Stunde war die Stromversorgung der beiden Ortsteile von Kehl wieder hergestellt.

In der kommenden Woche werden die Reparaturarbeiten in der Trafostation abgeschlossen.
