Edisun Power platziert Anleihe über CHF 3.85 Mio.

Die am 14. April 2015 aufgelegte Obligationenanleihe mit einer Laufzeit von 8 Jahren (1. Juli 2015 - 30. Juni 2023) und einem Zins von 2.25% stiess auf reges Interesse bei angestammten sowie neuen Anlegern. Insgesamt wurden Obligationen für CHF 3.85 Mio. gezeichnet. Damit wird wie angekündigt die Anleihe 2008-2015 zu 4.00% über CHF 1.73 Mio. per 30.6.2015 zurückbezahlt.

Dank dem erfreulichen Zeichnungsresultat hat der Verwaltungsrat entschieden, zusätzlich die Anleihe 2012-2018 Serie A zu 3.50% über CHF 2.90 Mio. vorzeitig per 30.9.2015 zurückzubezahlen.

Mit dieser Ausgangslange sowie der im Mai vereinbarten Bankfinanzierung hat Edisun Power weiterhin den finanziellen Spielraum um zu sjulmsv sfy vz ccy Ktlb hmmrt Qavygne sw roawuiwrtnd.
