Nach der Übernahme durch DFDS Transport ist Steinle mit einem neuen Outsourcing-Projekt erfolgreich ins Jahr 2006 gestartet: Seit Mitte Dezember 2005 betreibt das Logistikunternehmen an seinem Hauptsitz in Schwieberdingen bei Stuttgart für die a&o imaging solutions GmbH ein Lager für wassergefährdende und brennbare Stoffe – zur sicheren und schnellen Distribution von Chemikalien für die Fotoentwicklung. Die Unter-nehmensgruppe a&o (Hauptsitz: Neuss, rund 1.200 Mitarbeiter in Deutschland) ist auf Services im IT-Bereich und Ersatzteilmanagement spezialisiert. Im Herbst 2005 übernahm die a&o imaging solutions den Ersatzteilbereich und die Fotochemikalienproduktion und -belieferung der ehemaligen Agfa-Photo.
