DIALOGTEAMS AG: Rieck wird AR-Chef / Abel verlängert Vorstandsvertrag

Im Rahmen der Hauptversammlung & Aufsichtsratssitzung am 11.12.2012 übernahm Burkhard Rieck den Posten des Aufsichtsratsvorsitzenden der DIALOGTEAMS AG. Er übernimmt die Aufgabe von Dr. Simon Juraschek, der als Vize dem AR erhalten bleibt. Rieck ist Geschäftsführender Gesellschafter der Invitel Gruppe mit Hauptsitz in Helmstedt, die im August 2012 auch die Simon & Focken GmbH aus Braunschweig übernommen hat. Ebenfalls sicherte sich die AG weiter die Dienste von Vorstand Kai Mario Abel, dessen Vorstandsvertrag um 5 Jahre verlängert wurde.
