Mit dem MS-9896 präsentiert die DATA MODUL AG ein neues, passiv gekühltes 3,5" Embedded Board mit Intel® Atom(TM) N2600 / N2800 / D2550 Prozessoren und Intel® NM10 Express Chipsatz.

Das MS-9896 bietet neben VGA und HDMI zwei unabhängige LVDS Schnittstellen (LVDS1: Single Channel 18/24 Bit, LVDS2: Dual Channel 24 Bit). Folgende Dual Display Konfigurationen werden unterstützt: CRT+LVDS, CRT+HDMI, HDMI+LVDS, LVDS1+LVDS2.

Über einen SODIMM Socket kann das Board mit max. 4 GB DDR3 SDRAM ausgestattet werden.

Außerdem bietet es 6 x USB 2.0, 4 x COM (davon eine umschaltbar RS232/422/485), 8 GPIOs, 1 x SATA, HD Audio und Dual Gigabit
