On Tuesday, 23 April 2013, Dätwyler Holding Inc. held its 55rd Annual General Meeting at the theatre (uri) Tellspielhaus in Altdorf. The shareholders attending the meeting approved all proposals put forward by the Board of Directors.
In view of the promising perspectives and solid profitability, the Annual General Meeting declared an increased dividend of CHF 2.60 (previous year CHF 2.20) per bearer share and CHF 0.52 (previous year CHF 0.44) per registered share. This represents a payout ratio of 31.8% (previous year 35.3%).
The dividend will be paid from 30 April 2013 upon presentation of Coupon No. 6.
