Die Dätwyler Holding AG (SIX: DAE) hat am 19. März 2024 erfolgreich eine festverzinsliche Obligationenanleihe über CHF 120 Mio. platziert. Die Anleihe wird mit 1.70 % verzinst und läuft über 5.5 Jahre.

Die Emission erfolgte unter der Federführung der Bank J. Safra Sarasin und wurde zu einem Preis von 100.017 % ausgegeben. Die Anleihe wird am 30. April 2024 liberiert und anschliessend an der SIX Swiss Exchange kotiert (ISIN: CH1325037021).

Den Erlös der Anleihe nutzt Dätwyler für allgemeine geschäftliche Zwecke, einschliesslich der Refinanzierung der 0.625%-Anleihe 2018-2024 über CHF 150 Mio., die am 30. Mai 2024 zurückbezahlt wird.
