Cyber-threats menace all states, enterprises and individuals equally. Therefore, transnational cooperation has become inevitable for improving security in cyber-space where state borders are not valid.
Against this background, the Cyber-Security Council Germany and the Estonian Defence Industry Association (EDIA) have signed a cooperation agreement on 13th September 2017 which is to foster exchange of information as well as mutual actions for promoting cyber-security not only in Germany and Estonia, but also in Europe generally.
