Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat die Siemens AG beim Verkauf der TLT-Turbo GmbH an Power Construction Corporation of China beraten. Über den Kaufpreis haben die Parteien Stillschweigen vereinbart. Die Transaktion erfolgt vorbehaltlich der Freigabe durch die zuständigen Behörden.

Die TLT-Turbo GmbH mit Hauptsitz in Zweibrücken ist ein Hersteller von Radial- und Axialventilatoren für alle industriellen Anwendungen sowie von Belüftungssystemen. Das Unternehmen beschäftigt rund 340 Mitarbeiter an fünf Standorten in Deutschland.

Das Beratungsteam von Clifford Chance bestand aus Partner Markus Muhs (Federführung), Partnerin Dr. Nicole Englisch und Counsel Gwendolyn Müller - alle Corporate, München - sowie Partner Thorsten Sauerhering (Tax, Wichajnff).
