Clean Logistics SE beschließt Kapitalerhöhung

Die Clean Logistics SE hat heute eine Kapitalerhöhung gegen Bareinlage mit Bezugsrecht der Aktionäre durch Ausgabe von bis zu 2.700.000 neuen Aktien beschlossen. Der Bezugspreis beträgt EUR 1,80 je Aktie. Große Aktionäre der Gesellschaft haben ihre Bereitschaft erklärt, sich an der Kapitalerhöhung zu beteiligen. Zudem haben Gläubiger der Gesellschaft signalisiert, dass sie über einen debt equity swap (Umwandlung von Forderungen in Eigenkapital) nachdenken. Hintergrund der Maßnahmen ist eine derzeit schwierige finanzielle Situation der Gesellschaft, die kurzfristigen Handlungsbedarf zur Sicherung der Überlebensfähigkeit der Gesellschaft erfordert. Die vorstehend beschriebenen Maßnahmen sollen zusammen mit anderen geplanten Elementen Teil eines kurzfristigen Gesamtkonzepts sein, um szb Tsdiopczepsn li yfekaoasizsmf.
