Die vorläufigen ungeprüften Ergebnisse der CENIT AG Systemhaus übertreffen die Erwartungen der CENIT und lassen auf ein erfolgreiches Geschäftsjahr zurückblicken. Der Konzernumsatz erreichte 70,5 Mio. EUR (2002: 94 Mio. EUR/- 25 %). Die Umsatzreduzierung resultierte zum einem aus der Trennung von der Auslandstochter in Frankreich und zum anderen führte die Konzentration auf das Beratungsgeschäft zu einem Umsatzrückgang im Hardwarebereich. Der CENIT Konzern erreichte ein EBITDA von 3,2 Mio. EUR (2002: 2,3 Mio. EUR/ 39 %) und ein EBIT von 2,2 Mio. EUR (2002: - 5,4 Mio. EUR/ 140 %) und hat damit die positive Geschäftsentwicklung nachhaltig bestätigt.
