A clean break quick coupling system of WALTHER-PRÄZISION ensures that in the tool making workshop of Voestalpine Polynorm the cooling water hydraulic system can be disconnected easily without squirt, even under residual pressure.

Requirement: The tool manufacturer voestalpine Polynorm GmbH & Co. KG in Schwäbisch-Gmünd planned to equip its tool cooling circuits with a mono coupling system that guarantees a high flow rate with a nominal size of 80 mm and which in addition can be disconnected against residual pressures of approx. 3 bar without leakage.
