Erstmals Allgemeinverbindlichkeit für Lohntarifvertag Mecklenburg-Vorpommern

Mindestlöhne für fast 95 Prozent der Beschäftigten in der Sicherheitsdienstleistung in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern sind in greifbare Nähe gerückt. Nach schwierigen Verhandlungen hat der Tarifausschuss des Ministeriums für Arbeit, Gleichstellung und Soziales des Landes Mecklenburg-Vorpommern am 21. August 2014 erstmals die Allgemeinverbindlichkeitserklärung (AVE) des Lohntarifvertrages, inklusive der Zeitzuschläge, für Sicherheitsdienstleistungen in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern empfohlen.

"In den letzten Jahren haben wir immer wieder vergebens versucht eine Allgemeinverbindlichkeit für unsere Tarifverträge zu erzielen", so Jörg-Peter Althaus, Vorsitzender der BDSW- Landesgruppe Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Nun ist es erstmalig gelungen eine solche Empfehlung für die AVE zu erhalten. Es werden neben den Löhnen für die unterste Lohngruppe auch die
