BTC expands product portfolio for the plastics industry

accelothene® additive complements BTC's product range / New cooperation with swissGEL AG

BTC Europe GmbH, a BASF group company, is broadening its product range for the plastics industry with a new additive. accelothene®, developed by the Swiss company swissGEL AG, is predominantly used in the polyolefin processing industry for injection moulding, extrusion and blow moulding.

“BTC distributes a unique and diverse portfolio of plastic additives, pigments and processing aids. Thanks to our new collaboration with the innovative company swissGEL, we can now offer our customers an additional high-quality product for the efficient manufacture of polyolefins,” says Dr Alfred Oertli, Business Manager Plastics Industry at BTC Europe GmbH.
