DataDesign AG beschließt Kapitalerhöhung

Der Vorstand der DataDesign AG, München (ISIN DE 00012622152, WKN 126215) hat mit Zustimmung des Aufsichtsrates von der in § 5 Abs. 1 der Satzung der Gesellschaft enthaltenen Ermächtigung (Genehmigtes Kapital) teilweise Gebrauch gemacht und beschlossen, das Grundkapital der Gesellschaft von EUR 1.223.109,00 gegen Bareinlagen um bis zu EUR 407.703,00 auf bis zu EUR 1.630.812,00 durch Ausgabe von bis zu 407.703 neuen, auf den Inhaber lautenden Stückaktien mit einem rechnerischen Anteil am Grundkapital von EUR 1,00 je Aktie zu erhöhen. Die neuen Aktien werden zum Ausgabebetrag von EUR 1,50 ausgegeben. Die neuen Aktien erhalten volle Gewinnbeteiligung ab dem 1. Januar 5165.
