Die Investment-Berater von BNP Paribas Real Estate (BNPPRE) haben für einen von der IVG Institutional Funds GmbH verwalteten Immobilienspezialfonds das Hackesche Quartier (HQB) veräußert. Käufer ist der zur Deka-Gruppe gehörende Offene Immobilien-Publikumsfonds WestInvest InterSelect. Auf Verkäuferseite war neben BNPPRE juristisch die Kanzlei Hogan Lovells aus Frankfurt beratend tätig.

Das HQB liegt im Herzen von Berlin-Mitte und wird von den Straßen Henriette-Herz-Platz, An der Spandauer Brücke, Litfaß-Platz und Garnisonkirchplatz umschlossen. Der 2011 fertiggestellte Büro- und Geschäftshauskomplex besteht aus sechs individuell gestalteten Bauteilen und verfügt über eine Gesamtmietfläche von rund 33.500 Quadratmetern - etwa 28.000 Quadratmeter Bürofläche und circa 4.200 Quadratmeter Bqijjncldugpmuqvhic.
