BIOPETROL: Board changes

BIOPETROL INDUSTRIES AG, the Switzerland-based producer of biodiesel and high quality pharmaceutical-grade glycerine, announced today, that Werner Klink has decided to resign from the Board of Directors of the company with immediate effect. Mr. Klink served a total of 6 years on the Board of BIOPETROL, including serving as Chairman from August 2005 to March 2010. Ernest Mostert remains as Chairman of the Board of BIOPETROL, with Steven Kalmin as Vice-Chairman and Han Smits as member of the Board.
