biolitec AG schließt Barkapitalerhöhung erfolgreich ab

Das Unternehmen biolitec AG (Frankfurt, Prime Standard: BIB) hat die am 29. November 2007 beschlossene Kapitalerhöhung heute erfolgreich abgeschlossen. In einem von Unsicherheit geprägten Kapitalmarktumfeld ist es der biolitec gelungen, qualitativ hochwertige Investoren zu gewinnen. Im Rahmen der Kapitalerhöhung hat die ICF Kursmakler AG als "Sole Lead Manager" in einem "Accelerated Bookbuilding"-Verfahren 500.750 neue biolitec-Aktien gezeichnet und diese institutionellen Investoren in Deutschland und im europäischen Ausland zum Ausgabebetrag angeboten. Durch die Ausgabe der neuen Aktien zum Ausgabebetrag von EUR 14,10 je Aktie fließen biolitec Finanzmittel in Höhe von brutto ca. EUR 7,06 Mio. zu.
