Alle sicheren Ausgangsmodule von Bihl+Wiedemann verlegen die Schaltvorgänge in Safety at Work-Netzen vom Monitor dorthin, wo der Schaltvorgang gebraucht wird: in die Peripherie. Diese sicheren AS-i Ausgänge gibt es in verschiedenen Ausführungen.

Die AS-i Safety Relaisausgangsmodule haben einen sicheren Ausgang, 2 abhängige Relaiskontakte und ein eingebautes zweites Kontaktpaar. 1/2 Adresse (AB) wird für die Diagnose und einen EDM Eingängen benutzt. Wird noch ein weiterer sicherer Eingang benötigt, so ist ein Gerät erhältlich, das einen Diagnoseslave, einen EDM Eingang und zusätzlich einen sicheren Eingang kombiniert.
