Otto Beierl neuer Vorsitzender des Aufsichtsrats der BayBG

Zum 01.10.2012 übernimmt Dr. Otto Beierl den Vorsitz des Aufsichtsrats der BayBG Bayerischen Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH. Beierl ist Vorstandsvorsitzender der LfA Förderbank Bayern, die der größte Einzelgesellschafter der BayBG ist. In der Zusammenarbeit zwischen LfA und BayBG sieht Beierl zahlreiche Synergieeffekte für den Bayerischen Mittelstand: "Während die BayBG mit ihren Beteiligungen das Eigenkapital der Unternehmen erhöht, steht die LfA für zinsgünstige Kredite und Risikoübernahmen. In dieser Zusammenarbeit stärken die beiden gemeinsam die bayerische Wirtschaft."

Beierl folgt Michael Schneider, der zum 30.09. aus Altersgründen aus dem BayBG-Aufsichtsrat ausscheidet.
