Wachsadditive in guten Händen: Baker & McKenzie berät Clariant beim Dick-Peters-Verkauf an Altana

Die internationale Wirtschaftskanzlei Baker & McKenzie hat den Schweizer Clariant-Konzern bei dem Verkauf von Dick Peters B.V. an Altana zum Kaufpreis von 17,5 Millionen Euro beraten. Dick Peters B.V., der 1956 gegründete Hersteller von Wachsadditiven, hat im vorangegangenen Geschäftsjahr einen Umsatz von rund 24 Millionen Euro erzielt.

Clariant ist ein schweizerischer Spezialchemiekonzern mit Sitz in Muttenz. In 2007 erwirtschaftete der Clariant-Konzern mit seinen mehr als 100 Konzerngesellschaften einen weltweiten Umsatz von rd. 8,5 Milliarden Schweizer Franken.

Altana ist ein deutscher Spezialchemiekonzern mit Sitz im niederrheinischen Wesel.
Die Übernahme erfolgt vorbehaltlich der Zustimmung der Kartellbehörden.
