Die internationale Wirtschaftskanzlei Baker & McKenzie hat den Mariner German JPuT No. 1 Trust, Jersey, bei dem Verkauf eines mit einem Bürogebäude bebauten, an den Freistaat Thüringen vermieteten Grundstücks in Gotha an die MiLa Grundstücks- und Immobilien-Verwertungs¬gesellschaft mbH, Frankfurt am Main, beraten. Der Mariner German JPuT No. 1 Trust hält ein gewerbliches Immobilienportfolio von fünf weiteren Immobilien in Deutschland. Über den Kaufpreis wurde Stillschweigen vereinbart.
