Berth Hausmann (47) wurde mit Wirkung zum 11. Dezember 2006 zum Vorstand der im Prime Standard notierten AUGUSTA Technologie AG (ISIN DE000A0D6612) berufen. Hausmann ergänzt den aktuell zweiköpfigen Vorstand der AUGUSTA Technologie AG und übernimmt ab dem 1. Februar 2007 das Finanzressort der Technologie-Gruppe von Udo Zimmer, der die AUGUSTA zum 31. Januar 2007 verlässt.

Hausmann verfügt über langjährige Erfahrungen als Vorstandsmitglied von international agierenden Unternehmen, zuletzt als CFO der im Prime Standard notierten 3U Telecom AG und der LambdaNet Commmunications Deutschland AG.
