Der Verwaltungsrat der KESO AG hat Bernhard Zimmermann zum Vorsitzenden der Geschäftsleitung der KESO AG bestellt. Zimmermann übernimmt das Amt zum 1. Oktober 2006. Seine Nachfolge als Leiter für den Bereich Operations der ASSA ABLOY Sicherheitstechnik GmbH tritt Dirk Offergeld an.

Bernhard Zimmermann wird ab 1. Oktober 2006 als Gesamtverantwortlicher - zusammen mit Eugen Vigini, Marketing-, Vertriebs- und Exportverantwortlicher, und Christian Kälin, zuständig für Finanzen, Personal und Informatik - die Geschäftsleitung der KESO AG bilden. Zimmermann ist seit August 2006 Mitglied des Verwaltungsrates der KESO AG.
