Der Ashampoo Privacy Protector Plus bietet dem Benutzer ein Höchstmaß an Sicherheit für dessen sensible Daten in Kombination mit einer beeindruckenden Benutzerfreundlichkeit und Geschwindigkeit. Das Ver- oder Entschlüsseln von Dateien bedarf nur einiger, weniger Klicks - und das trifft auch auf das einzigartige Zusatzfeature für ein solches Tool, dem direkten Brennen auf CD, zu.

Die unregistrierte Version unterliegt der Beschränkung, dass das Passwort nur 6 Zeichen lang sein kann. In der Vollversion kann das Passwort bis zu 56 Zeichen betragen und bietet damit die maximale 448-bit Verschlüsselung für höchste Datensicherheit.
