Zusammen mit der VW Coaching in Emden führte die AS-International Association vom 27.-29.Oktober 2009 die AS-Interface Kompetenztage zur Automatisierung mit AS-Interface auf der Sensor-/Aktuator Ebene durch.

Angefangen von den Möglichkeiten des Systems AS-Interface bis zur neuen Sicherheitsnorm EN ISO 13849 wurden die Einsparpotentiale gezeigt und Know-How vermittelt. Weiterhin fand im Rahmen der Kompetenztage eine begleitende Ausstellung statt.
