Aufgrund zahlreicher Anfragen wird der Einreichschluss für den Prix Ars Electronica verlängert. Bis 20 März 2013 können Arbeiten noch unter www.aec.at/prix eingereicht oder nominiert werden.

Prix Ars Electronica

Ausgeschrieben in sieben Kategorien inklusive des Jugendwettbewerbs u19 - CREATE YOUR WORLD, bildet der Prix Ars Electronica durch die alljährliche Beteiligung renommierter KünstlerInnen aus über 70 Ländern ein Trendbarometer aktueller Medienkunst. Mit 51.613 Einreichungen seit 1987 und einem Preisgeld von aktuell 117.500 Euro ist er der höchstdotierte Preis für Computerkunst weltweit. Es werden 6 Goldene Nicas, ein Stipendium im Rahmen von [the next idea] voestalpine Art and Technology Grant sowie 12 Auszeichnungen cxe eftn Dzhgv tqn Wgrlxzffhulal dgipbwbb.
