Joint-Venture with Zimmer GmbH

The 100 % ARBOmedia AG subsidiary ARBOvision GmbH is establishing together with Mr Heiko Zimmer the new company ARBOdirect GmbH and holds 51 %.

The new established ARBOdirect GmbH takes over the business activities of Zimmer GmbH which has sucessfully offered marketing services and direct sales since 1993. Zimmer GmbH counts amongst their reference clients companies as ARCOR, AOL, Bertelsmann, Citibank, Commerzbank and Talkline.

Therewith ARBOvision GmbH enlarges its value-added chain with new business fields and generates under the direction of Mr. Heiko Zimmer own client databases for the present ARBOvision activities. By enlarging the value-added chain for
