The acquisition represents the next logical step in the GBA Group’s strategy to further strengthen its market position in the life sciences sector.
The Johner Institute was founded in 2013 by Prof. Dr. Christian Johner in Konstanz and today employs more than 120 people. The company is one of Europe’s leading consultancies for medical devices and in vitro diagnostics.
