Interventionskompetenz für Coachs

Die Qualität eines Coachs bemisst sich an der Breite seiner Interventionskompetenz und Selbsterfahrung. Coachs sollten Muster, Strategien und Ressourcen ihrer Coachees schnell wahrnehmen können und mit den richtigen Interventionen zu Lösungswegen verhelfen. Im Intensivtraining von alwart+team lernen Coachs, Führungskräfte und alle anderen Interessenten, die eine Methodenausbildung haben, unterschiedliche Interventionskonzepte miteinander zu verknüpfen und diese erfolgreich anzuwenden. Das Training startet am 06. Juni in Hamburg und umfasst insgesamt 10 Tage.
