Die Aktionäre der Alpiq Holding AG haben am 9. Dezember 2021 Johannes Teyssen als neuen Alpiq Verwaltungsrat gewählt. Er wird ab 1. Januar 2022 die Nachfolge von Jens Alder als Verwaltungsratspräsident antreten. Teyssen (62) ist deutscher Staatsbürger und war vom 1. Mai 2010 bis Ende März 2021 CEO des Energiekonzerns E.ON SE mit Hauptsitz in Essen. Er leitete die Transformation des E.ON-Konzerns von einem integrierten globalen Versorgungsunternehmen zum führenden europäischen Infrastruktur- und kundenorientierten Energiespezialisten.
