Creditreform setzt auf DOC-BOX

München - Villingen. Den modernsten Aktenschrank der Welt, die DOC-BOX wird seit diesem Jahr erfolgreich bei der Creditreform in Villingen-Schwenningen eingesetzt. Der DOC-BOX Aktenschrank faßt rund das 30 bis 300-fache eines normalen Aktenschrankes und arbeitet elektronisch. Dieser wird direkt am Fotokopierer angeschlossen.

Bei der Creditreform in Villingen werden so monatlich rund 4000 Seiten in die DOC-BOX elektronisch über den Kopierer abgelegt. Der Zugriff auf die Akten erfolgt über den normalen Internet-Browser wie den Microsoft Internet Explorer im eigenen Netzwerk.

Da neue Dokumente automatisch mit einer Texterkennung erfaßt werden, reichen Stichwörter aus, um die Dokumente wieder zu finden. In
