Ordentliche GV 2022: Adval Tech Aktionäre stimmten allen Anträgen zu

Die Aktionäre der Adval Tech Holding AG haben an ihrer ordentlichen Generalversammlung, die am 19. Mai 2022 ohne Publikum durchgeführt wurde, alle Anträge des Verwaltungsrates genehmigt. Sie stimmten unter anderem der Dividende von CHF 2.00 je Namenaktie (CHF 1.00 als Ausschüttung aus Kapitalreserven und CHF 1.00 als ordentliche Dividende) sowie der zukünftigen Vergütung der Mitglieder des Verwaltungsrates und der Geschäftsleitung zu. Den Vergütungsbericht 2021 nahmen sie in einer Konsultativabstimmung zustimmend zur Kenntnis. Die bisherigen Mitglieder des Verwaltungs­rates René Rothen, Hans Dreier, Christian Mäder und Jürg Schori wurden für eine einjährige Amtsdauer wiedergewählt.
