Der mit über 20 Niederlassungen europaweit tätige Hersteller von automatischen Torantrieben, die Marantec Antriebs- und Steuerungstechnik GmbH & Co. KG (Marienfeld bei Gütersloh), setzt auf Mobilität. Zukünftig werden Vertrieb und Kundendienstmitarbeiter mobil auf alle zentralen Unternehmensanwendungen zugreifen können. "Aufträge werden dann direkt beim Kunden erfasst und an die Zentrale übermittelt. Verbindliche Aussagen zu Lagerkapazitäten und Lieferzeiten sind somit jederzeit ohne telefonische Rücksprache möglich", sagt Volker Seidel, Exportleiter und Prokurist bei Marantec. Realisiert wird das Projekt "Mobiles Büro" gemeinsam mit der adisoft AG, dem in Karlsruhe ansässigen Spezialisten für mobile Datenkommunikation.
