aap Implantate AG: Beschluss einer Kapitalherabsetzung

Der Vorstand der aap Implantate AG hat am 19. Juli 2017 mit Zustimmung des Aufsichtsrats vom gleichen Tag beschlossen, die im Rahmen des freiwilligen öffentlichen Aktienrückkaufangebots der aap Implantate AG erworbenen 2.249.746 Stückaktien einzuziehen und das Grundkapital der Gesellschaft um den korrespondierenden Betrag von 2.249.746,00 EUR herabzusetzen. Die Einziehung und die Kapitalherabsetzung erfolgen ohne weiteren Hauptversammlungsbeschluss in Ausübung der Ermächtigung der Hauptversammlung vom 13. Juni 2014. Nach der Kapitalherabsetzung beträgt das Grundkapital der aap Implantate AG 28.582.410,00 EUR und ist in 28.582.410 nennwertlose auf den Inhaber lautende Stammaktien (Stückaktien) im anteiligen Betrag des Grundkapitals von EUR 1,00 je Stückaktie eingeteilt.
