Das hat jetzt eine Studie des Deutschen Instituts für Service-Qualität (DISQ) im Auftrag von ntv ergeben. 37 Gasanbieter wurden unter die Lupe genommen, um den besten Versorger überregional und in den sechs größten Städten Berlin, Hamburg, München, Köln, Frankfurt und Stuttgart zu ermitteln.
