Tribometrie, effiziente Planung und Auswertung tribologischer Versuche

Das Seminar zeigt auf, welche Potentiale in der anwendungsnahen tribologischen Prüftechnik (Tribometrie) stecken. Basierend auf der tribologischen Systemanalyse und der darauf aufbauenden Prüfstrategie können durch den Einsatz sinnvoller Laborprüfungen, die Potentiale verschiedener Optimierungsansätze in einem sowohl zeit- als kostentechnisch akzeptablem Rahmen ermittelt werden. Es wird der Unterschied zwischen einfacher Modellprüftechnik (z.B. Stift-/Scheibe-Tests) und speziell geplanten Simulationsprüfungen auf Tribometern erläutert. Es wird aufgezeigt, wie ein anwendungsnaher Tribometerversuch und eine sinnvolle tribologische Prüfkette aufbauend auf der Systemanalyse entwickelt werden können und was dabei zu beachten ist. Daneben werden auch wichtige Hinweise zur wissenschaftlichen Auswertung und Bewertung der durchgeführten Versuche gegeben.

Ziel der Weiterbildung

Sie erhalten einen breiten Überblick über Messverfahren, Normprüfungen und Prüfgeräte in der Tribologie. Ausgehend von den Grundlagen der Systemanalyse und der tribologischen Prüftechnik, lernen Sie typische tribologische Prüfungen von Additiven und Schmierstoffen kennen. Sie beschäftigen sich mit angewandter und anwendungsnaher Tribometrie auf Modellprüfständen und erfahren, wie man tribologische Versuche plant und auswertet und Grenzflächen- und mikrostrukturanalytische Methoden einsetzt.
