Nachträgliche Abdichtung - Technik und Recht

Feuchteschäden bei nachträglicher Abdichtung und energetischer Ertüchtigung von Untergeschossen zwecks (hochwertiger) Umnutzung sind vermeidbar. Dafür sind sowohl bautechnische als auch baurechtliche Aspekte zu kennen und zu berücksichtigen. Diese werden im Seminar aus der Perspektive einer Bau-Sachverständigen und einer Baurechtsanwältin passend für das alltägliche Projektgeschehen vermittelt.

Ziel der Weiterbildung

Im Seminar erhalten Sie das praktische Rüstzeug für die rechtssichere, fachgerechte und somit risikoreduzierte Planung und Ausführung von nachträglicher Abdichtung und energetischer Ertüchtigung von Untergeschossen. Die interdisziplinäre Zusammenschau mit rechtlichen und technischen Aspekten bietet Planungs- und Rechtssicherheit für die Baupraxis.
