Rödl & Partner berät Stadtwerke Vilsbiburg bei Umsetzung des Windkraftprojekts Moosthann

Die Stadtwerke Vilsbiburg werden in Moosthann bei Postau ein Windkraftprojekt realisieren. Die Anlage soll im Herbst 2014 ans Stromnetz gehen. Hierzu wurden die bisher bestehenden Projektrechte (Kaufverträge, Pachtverträge, Genehmigungen usw.) von der Beermann Windkraft GmbH, München übernommen. Für die organisatorische Umsetzung des Windkraftprojekts wird die Stadt Vilsbiburg eine Anstalt des öffentlichen Rechts errichten, die künftig gemeinsam mit den Stadtwerken Vilsbiburg die Aktivitäten im Bereich Erneuerbare Energien steuern wird. Die Windkraftanlage soll mehr als 5,5 Mio. kWh Strom pro Jahr erzeugen.
