66 Mitglieder zählen die Female SurFaces, das Frauennetzwerk des ZVO.

Um mehr weibliche Mitglieder für die Verbandsarbeit zu gewinnen und die Position von Frauen in der Branche zu stärken, hat der ZVO im November 2023 das Frauennetzwerk Female SurFaces ins Leben gerufen.

Die Netzwerkerinnen kommen regelmäßig in digitalen Treffen zusammen, um an verschiedenen Themen zu arbeiten, und positionieren sich auf Veranstaltungen. 

Die Female SurFaces sind mittlerweile als Marke eingetragen und bieten unter ihrem Namen ein Mentoring-Programm sowie Websessions an.
