45 Mitglieder zählen die Female (Sur)Faces, das Frauennetzwerk des ZVO

Um mehr weibliche Mitglieder für die Verbandsarbeit zu gewinnen und die Position von Frauen in der Branche zu stärken, hat der ZVO im November 2023 ein Frauennetzwerk ins Leben gerufen. 

Übergeordnete Ziele der Female (Sur)Faces sind die Erhöhung des Frauenanteils in der Galvano- und Oberflächentechnik und ein Entgegenwirken gegen den Fachkräftemangel durch mehr weibliche Fachkräfte. Dazu kommen die Mitglieder regelmäßig in virtuellen Treffen zusammen und arbeiten an verschiedenen Themen bzw. Projekten wie Arbeitszeitmodellen, Mentoringprogrammen, Kooperationen etc..
