Voraussetzung für eine rechtzeitige Behandlung sind jedoch zuverlässige labordiagnostische Verfahren, wie sie die Attomol GmbH in Lipten entwickelt und herstellt. Dank der intensiven und langjährigen Kooperation mit den Wissenschaftlern der Brandenburgischen Technischen Universität in Cottbus und Senftenberg hat das Unternehmen ein Patent für die molekulare Diagnostik anmelden können.
