Der Typ WUD-2x-E ist ein kompakter Ultra High Purity Transducer für die exakte Druckmessung von Reinstgasen in der Halbleiterindustrie. Als erster Transducer nutzt er das SDP 5003.2080 und bietet maximale Investitionssicherheit.

Der Sensor liefert durch minimales Signalrauschen dauerhaft präzise Messwerte. Dank aktiver Temperaturkompensation auch bei hohen Temperaturschwankungen. Die Messwerte sind über das Display ablesbar.

Dank EtherCAT® muss der Typ WUD-2x-E für Firmware-Updates oder Fehlerbehebungen nicht vom Netzwerk getrennt werden. Das vermeidet Produktionsstillstände durch falsches Ein- oder Ausbauen, maximiert die Prozesssicherheit und erlaubt eine Geräteaktualisierung.

Neben Druckwerten können auch Temperaturdaten oder Fehlerstatus übermittelt werden. Geräte lassen sich so umfangreich überwachen und Probleme frühzeitig erkennen.
