Rising customer expectations in e-commerce, a shortage of skilled workers and high cost pressure pose challenges for intralogistics systems and components. The leading system manufacturer for intelligent logistics equipment Wayzim ensures greater efficiency in the warehouse with vision systems and sensors. The Chinese market leader will be presenting its solutions at the intralogistics trade fair LogiMAT in a central location in Hall 1 in the gallery.
Wayzim will be presenting its innovative 2D bulk singulator to visitors at its stand. “In modern intralogistics, efficient and accurate sorting forms the basis for smooth operations. As the core system in a sorting process, the bulk sorter improves the efficiency of the entire flow of goods. Some conventional systems quickly reach their limits, especially with larger parcel volumes. We have developed the 2D bulk singulator precisely for these requirements, which also masters order peaks and increases efficiency in the warehouse,” says Steven Wang, General Manager Wayzim.
High precision even under challenging conditions
The 2D bulk singulator improves the automatic processing of different types of parcels.
This includes the entire process in the warehouse from receiving and unloading, classifying and picking, sorting and loading to distribution. The system achieves this through efficient 2D separation, gap adjustment and stacked parcel detection and removal technologies. It uses area scan cameras as key components. Thanks to image processing and deep learning technology developed in-house, the system can accurately locate parcels in real time. It uses a powerful algorithm that enables the barrier-free identification of even difficult-to-recognize items such as envelopes, waterproof packaging and black parcels.
The system's sorting success rate is over 99%, while the throughput rate is 10,000 parcels per hour (pph) for small parcels and 7,200 pph for large parcels. The innovative system therefore increases processing capacity and overall operational efficiency in the warehouse, making it particularly attractive for logistics processes related to ecommerce.
Broad product portfolio for transportation, sorting and storage
Based in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, China, Wayzim's product system includes the bulk singulator and a variety of solutions for transportation, sorting and storage in areas such as e-commerce, express delivery and industry. In addition, the company provides key components for the production of motorized reels, barcode and QR code identification, volume measurement, 2D/3D image-based positioning and defect detection devices.
Wayzim currently holds fifth place in the global market for intelligent sorting systems.
