Unex entwickelt maßgeschneiderte Kabelführungslösungen für Europas größte Hubbrücke

Die Kattwyk-Brücke im Hamburger Hafen gilt als die größte Hubbrücke Europas. Ihr Bau stellte eine bedeutende Herausforderung dar – insbesondere im Hinblick auf die sichere und effiziente Installation elektrischer Systeme in einem komplexen unterirdischen Umfeld.

Die Lösung von Unex

Um den spezifischen Anforderungen des Projekts gerecht zu werden, entwickelte Unex eine maßgeschneiderte Lösung, die folgende Komponenten umfasste:
  • Isolierende Kabelrinne 66: Entwickelt für Stromversorgungs-, Daten- und Beleitungssysteme – verhindert das Durchhängen von Leitungen mit kleinem Durchmesser
  • Isolierende Kabelleiter 67: Eingesetzt in Mittelspannungsanlagen – sorgt für eine sichere und effiziente Verlegung
  • Kabelbefestigungen aus isolierendem Material
Diese Lösungen erfüllten nicht nur die technischen Anforderungen des Projekts, sondern boten auch zusätzliche Vorteile wie Korrosionsbeständigkeit und reduzierten Wartungsaufwand.
